I matter, you matter , we matter.
I have learnt to appreciate God’s artistry of uniqueness. In whatever small, big or significant way there is that element of identity in the way we were created, present ourselves, interact with others and do things.
It’s like giving a task to three different people on the same assignment, they will all have a diverse view of actualizing on it. It’s the synergy of those diverse views that brings us to resolve. The element of teamwork is built on the premise that we all have a contribution to make but the debate is on how we give latitude to all opinions of the members. However minute your contribution/ idea is, it matters and collectively they matter more.
